Prior to accepting this new role as President BlueBirdBids International Inc., Paul worked with Fortune 100 and 500 companies and has been successful at uncovering opportunities for accelerated growth and true corporate value. He started a start-up boutique management consulting company filling a niche in the market by developing sales distribution channels bridging the gap between conventional (Mass Retail) and unconventional (Direct sales) sales strategies. He has Implement vital operational strategies taking accountability for sales and marketing structures within client organizations throughout North America and Europe ranging in size from 250K to 250M. Has presented, negotiated and implemented database management contracts with organizations in print media, internet service providers, private web portals and large national web traffic developers; and has developed and implemented complete business development strategies for companies competing in Health, Beauty and Fitness, Environmental Products, Mass Appeal and Natural Beverages, Consumables and many other consumer packaged goods.
Paul has a solid understanding of cultural and demographic differences and best business practices facing the day to day operations and challenges companies of today face while trying to implement new technology, web initiatives, CRM deployment, order entry, warehouse and distribution and finance procedures.
